Brand choice of Vodka

Having a party this Saturday at my place. 50+ people so far. Gonna finish myself till I go unconscious and maybe hopefully some cute girl will wrap around my neck during the night. Anyway, having a hard choice deciding what to make the nights house Vodka.

i've gotten enormous bottles of really good vodka for cheap at costco.

Only time I had copious amounts of vodka was when throwing a house party a year ago, after sculling 5 glasses (not shots) within 5 minutes and ended up as a miserable heap on the floor and woke up the next day. That was some random brand called "Svedka" though, never heard of it really.

I'd go for Absolute.

You aren't supposed to drink Vodka by itself in glass quantities lol.....you will die haha. We make mix drinks. Percentage of vodka and mixers. Beer is actually extremely over-rated and shitty. I had 3 pitchers yesterday of MGD and all I did was piss all night. Didn't even buzz at all. Svedka is popular here as well. You have to drink the right amount of drinks to get that buzz and don't step over.

I hate the cock suckers who walk up to me and tell me I am drinking a bitch drink. These are the same fags who get wasted on 3 bottles of Bud light.

The thing is , there are two type of wodkas. The good and the bad one. If You drink the good one, You get wasted but on the next day You don`t feel as shitty as after drinking the bad wodka.

I hate that when I drink too much wodka, on the next day I feel such a big remorse as if I would kill somebody hehehe . And I`m grumpy lol .

Oh and to avoid hangover, at best after drinking before going to sleep, the best is to eat something sweet, like a spoon of honey. Sugar fastens the metabolism of alcohol, so till You get up , most of it it`s gone , so probably You won`t have such a big hangover .
Oh and I`ve also read that death from dehydration feels like hangover

i don't go for brands usually. if there's a store brand that's triple distilled i go for that one. more distilling= better. imo of course. there's this brand... ::trying to remember the name::... aw hell i can't remember the name of it.

anyway it's triple distilled, and it's a cheaper brand.

Since I always mix my vodka with stuff, I can't really taste it and therefore don't care what it is. I'm going to pick the only one on your list that I know, and that's Absolute.

But I'm with Miso, I'll go buy the big cheap bottle from Costco. I bought a giant bottle of whisky there once.....in Arizona. Our Costco's don't sell liquor so I'll have to drive across the Washington state border....it's close by.

Tomato juice is great for replenishing the blood. Lots of water also. The better Vodkas do have less of a shitty effect later so that is true.

Belvedere is distilled 4 times and Ciroc vodka which can go for around 80+ dollars sometimes is distilled five times. It does make it smoother. However not always better. UV Vodka seems like a good bang for the buck but leaves a hang over in the morning like a semi hit you in the face.

I asked some people who are coming and some people are requesting Grey Goose.

Nothing wrong with that. I like Absolute. I like Vodka mixers. I can not drink whiskey. Anything that tastes like John Walker or Jack...makes me gag.

It depends on what you're doing with it. We keep two vodkas at my house, both in the fridge. Grey Goose for martinis and Stoli or Absolut (whatever's on sale at Sam's Club) for mixed drinks. Grey Goose is wasted on a vodka tonic, but it's worth it in a martini.
