So, gals, what characteristics in a man's personality do you find irresistible?

A guy that can make me laugh. Not just an awkard "heh heh", but belly laughs. Either by being goofy, or charming and witty. Better still is a guy that clearly enjoys making me laugh.

A good memory. I hate repeating myself and so it's nice when a guy is paying close enough attention that he can remember little details. Like that I adore cupcakes. Or that I can't stand receiving flowers 'cause I just kill them.

Desire to try new things. I am so turned off by men who can't step outside themselves and be comfortable enough to try something new. Many of the guys I know choose to remain ignorant rather than learn something new. They remain good friends of mine, but if a guy is going to keep pace with me, he's gotta be adventurous.
