This morning i had a call off my friend. He said i had phoned him at 4 am and had a conversation with him, or at least tried to. I was saying something about the weekend, obviously i had woke him up, after 15 or so mins, he hung up as he assumed i was drunk!
Also when i logged onto my laptop, there were various signs i had been online at around 3-4am.
I dont remember any of this, had not had a drink at all, so have come to the conclusion that i was sleep walking.
Its quite a scary feeling, as i have never done this before.
Is there anything you can do to stop yourself sleep walking?

If You have some serious sleep walking/talking problem You can go to a sleeping clinic. You go there for a night and they check what You're doing. I saw it once on dicovery,and I think this clinic was somewhere in UK . Anyway they do something to make You stop doing that
But i would advise it just in some very bad cases. Those clinics cure also the snoring problem 
Actually maybe snoring is funny, but those people very often don't breath for a longer time...
