OK I need some advice from long time advisers here.LOL
I think I know what to do but I usually don't always do the right thing.

Most know my saga So.

The ex has now fallen in with really bad people, the type I used to use for sparring.

Hers my issues she and her friends are talking bad about me every chance they get. Their mouths are like diarrhea and they are trying to get physical.

My tires were cut in a department store parking lot, I did recognize a vehicle driving around when we came out. One of her new buds.

My daughter and I went to a breakfast joint a few weeks back and her stoned friends were there using every curse word you could think of in front of my daughter, saying things about the ex in front of my daughter. We actually stopped there to see the ex because my daughter seen her car out front and asked, well her crack friends must of been using it because she wasn't there. One of them even had my hat and sweatshirt on. LOL.

Know what happened over the weekend, my daughter and I were waiting for a parking spot in a parking lot, this women and her 15-18 year son pulls in front of us and starts cursing, yelling and acting like a few jack asses, this punk put is hands in his pants and started stroking his self in front of my daughter who just turned 13. It took all my power not to get out and take this punk apart, She has told them obviously what I used to do and they are bating me to hit and hurt them.

Other then her useless what's up text around Christmas and her wanting to get back together we haven't been in contact or spoken in over a month.
Also her son is a computer nerd and one of my mail accounts were broken into and nasty stuff sent to people in my contacts list and even one to her, the mail carrier doesn't keep ip addresses so there's another dead end. Yet another hacked mail does so I'm waiting for that one.

Do I have one last talk with her with a witness and explain the legal part of this or do I go to the law and let them handle it ??

I have spoken to someone I know in the sheriff's office and he says they really wouldn't do much but maybe a R.O. As for the tires he said it's less then $400.00 so it wouldn't be much more then a ticket and I would have to prove it. The store wouldn't tell me anything about there cameras with out a subpoena. And he said nothing happened the other times so it's just a minor altercation. He did say maybe the thing if I could prove the minor kid stroking himself in front of my daughter may get some results, but. Again the same parking lot with the same cameras.
The last thing I want to do is hurt her kids in anyway,!! If she does get a visit from the law she will most likely be fired. Oh and the breakfast place she used work at she was already fired.
I do have to protect my daughter from these morons first and for most. But if I take these people apart I will get in trouble more then them most likely.

Legal action is the best action. And, if nothing works, how about changing your place? Go to a new city. I'm not saying that be a coward. I'm saying for the welfare of your daughter. Your ex is ruined. She'll take you down with her. So, I think it's best to avoid than fight.

Well I can't just up leave at this point. But the more i think of it she if you read past post she is a runner, I didn't find out about her past until after the break up. But now she can't run this time because her kids father won't let her move so she seems to be taking in out on me. Not being able to run. I lost track it was like 10 states and 18-20 different locations by 25.

I think I'm pointed in the law direction.
