Help!!!! What should i do?!?!?!

Okay, so this I am in an INCREDIBLY complicated situation involving about ten people, and I have no idea what to do. I realize it's probably pretty confusing to read so I attached a word document with a diagram (yeah I know, I'm a loser).

Okay, so I am a single guy. I am really interested in this girl in my school (let' call her Alessandra), and she has told me that she really likes me also. The only problem is, her best friend (we'll call her Lucy) also really likes me. Alessandra wants to be in a relationship with me but she feels bad for her best friend.
Now, here's where it gets really weird. One of my best friends (call him Ben) is madly in love with his girlfriend (Gwen), who he's been with ever since middle school. However, they recently have not been getting along very well and he does not know what to do. Meanwhile, he just realized that he's started to develop feelings for Lucy, who seems to like him also but I'm not sure. The problem is that Lucy has started talking with someone else (Erik), who has a girlfriend but he says he might break up with her. If Erik breaks up with his girlfriend he says he might want to get together with Lucy, who says she kinda likes him also.
To make matters worse, one of my other best friends (we'll call him Brian) just recently broke up with his girlfriend (Cailin)- not because he doesn't love her but because he thinks they have almost nothing in common. He wants to pursue another girl who he used to be with (call her Hilary). Cailin, who is also one of my best friends, has been very upset and has been talking to me. Recently she has started acting differently towards me, and I'm not sure but I think she might be flirting with me. Brian has noticed this and he has suddenly changed his mind and decided that he wants to get back with Cailin, but she doesn't want to anymore. I'm not sure, but I think I might have developed feelings for Cailin as well.

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I don't know what to do, and all of my friends are starting to feel depressed because everything is so complicated. Everyone is turning to me for some reason because everyone thinks that I can somehow fix everyone's problems...

Well they are gunna turn to you, cuz it looks like from their point of view that you have no problems. If you help them its your choice, but worry about yoursellf first. If you like the girl you first had feelings for go with her. Don't go with callin, that will just cause more depression too the one that just broke up with her. But all in all, its high school, don't worry some much about whats going to happen. Just do what you wanna do, and be a friend when needed. Don't let your friends drag you away from trying to get a girlfriend cuz they can't help themselves with their own.

right so to me u have one option - stick with alessandra the most uncomplicated unsuperficial one of the lot - in my opinion

lucy seems to be flighty and likes anyone with a pulse
the rest of them need a rocket up their ass - let them sort their own shet out!!
