Okay, my girlfriend's real sick...
I walk her to class and we kissed like 3 times, not pecks, but definitely not making out.
then... when I walked her to another class, she said "I dont wanna kiss you cause I'm sick" and I was like "okay... see ya babe"
What was that about? and we didn't kiss at all after that.

No offense taken, but why did she kiss me then? and on the same day tell me she doesn't want to kiss me cause it might get me sick? she's already been sick for a week... and why stop now...?

Maybe she's not in the mood for any lovin. When I'm sick I get crabby and don't want people touching me or in my face. Give her some space while she's sick and don't hump her about it unless you want to piss her off.

I'd be a little suspicious of that too. Sick for a week, kissing for a week, then all of a sudden it drops off? I know what you're thinking, probably that she's interested in someone in that class. Maybe that's the case but you probably wouldn't get a straight answer out of her by confronting her.
Just show her some extra TLC in a non-physical way. If you bring her flowers or do something for her to show you care, she'll probably risk getting you sick to show how happy it made her. If she balks at receiving a rose or any outward signs of affection, it's a possibility that something could be up.
