Dumpers dont want you to move on?

Okay so i just want to hear of similar storys of your ex dumping you but when you dont contact them they start contacting you and guilt tripping you into responding.

Is it normal for the dumper to do such things?

Or do they panic if they start to think you are moving on without them and maybe this is what causes them to throw you crumbs of hope for the relationship to be brought back so that they want to make sure they have found someone else before you.

So guys post your stories up if you feel that your ex is or did not want you to move on, cos im interested in other peoples experiences.

When we have uncertainty and serious insecurity in ourselves, that's when we go back and second guess things and relook at our decisions. It's an ego thing to want to have our ex miserable without us, like a competition to prove we are happy without them and that we were the best thing they ever had.

They had you and they want to continue to have that power and control over you while they do their own thing and find somebody else. To keep that cushion around and when they start to feel like they lose that control, they do panic.

We all want to have our cake and eat it too. Not only is it unhealthy, it's unrealistic.
