I watched it today and found it unbearable.

Is it possible to go through such deep shit in one life???

I was shoked by the scene were the mother is in her bed touching herself and then calls her 16 year old to come and help her mommy...

I was utterly disgusted...far more than the already painful scene of the father abusing his teenage daughter...

A very difficult watch. Unsure if this was a good idea...

I watched it few weeks ago, I cried a lot during that movie.
I'm pretty fine with watching such scenes, as long as it's not becoming sick at some moment. I think it wasn't disgusting, it showed a story ,sad story but I think they didn't abuse watchers in any way. I think they could do those rape scenes for example, even more cruel but they didn't. They showed that what was needed to be seen.
Overall, very good movie.

I watched it to the point where the little baby got hurt...I couldn't stand it anymore.

I hate seeing kids hurt.

It was just ****in stressful...I don't want to watch something that makes me want to cry...if something makes me want to cry then it isn't good.

I don't get when I hear that women just need a good cry...if I'm crying its because I just got ****ed up...I got bit by a bear once and didn't cry but Precious made me want to cry....I can't do it.

That's why women have less heart problems than men It's because we don't keep our emotions inside and have a good cry from time to time It let's the pressure go off of the heart

Yea but if you don't watch that stuff and put pressure on it then there are no worries.

All I'm saying is it takes a lot to bring me to tears usually and that movie made me want to cry...I didn't like it.
