Help with getting girl!

I had a play audition with this girl yesterday and she is very friendly and good looking. She was singing at the audition and the director made me get up and dance with her, I was so happy! Today I called her and we talked a bit and then she said she had to go and that she would talk to me later.

Does that mean she is not interested in me?

and if she does not initiate contact with me again when can I call her again without her thinking I am a stalker?

I really really like her and I need advice on what to do

yeah if she likes u she will call u back. if u really wanted i guess there is no harm in calling her back in a few days. but only one time. after that the ball is really in her court.
