    I don't understand.

Are you afraid of love? Afraid of being loved?
    Afraid of EXPRESSING affection?
Or are you afraid of a positive feeling of fondness for another living person or thing?

In terms of things to do that are adorable, its adorable when women get that mischievous look in their eyes when they're hiding something. Maybe that's why I always end up with girls who invariably cheat.

Go to counseling (a fear of having a fondness for anything would make you a sociopath). Or please be more specific.

If its a fear of EXPRESSING affection then get a teddy bear. Hug it. Hug real people. Get a pet, grow a plant, paint a picture that you like and tell it how proud you are that you painted it. Tell your parents you love them. Get used to showing people how you feel.
If its a fear of love then you need to develop some self-confidence and not be afraid of being hurt or rejected.
If its a fear of being loved then develop self-confidence and learn you deserve it.

.. I'm still leaning towards counseling.
