I voted no, because it's impossible to safely be friends with an ex when you are sexually/romantically unsatisfied, and especially when you are suffering from feelings of loneliness--all of which you obviously are. If you talked now, it would be out of desperation, and totally unproductive. You can be friends with her in the future, but not now.
