I am on vacation... and shes giving me a hard time

My girlfriend has been acting PSYCHOTIC for the past few days.

I am on vacation at a resort, my parents are celebrating my graduation, and are dragging around all over the place. I have been trying to call my girlfriend, but can only call her intermittenly between running from one place to another. I cant really call her at night due to the time zone difference (she got upset that I called too early)...

Now she is freaking the **** out.... because I am not giving her enough attention/didnt stay up 3 more hours to call her/not calling her more often.

What should I do? I am trying to enjoy the rest of this break with my family but it is hard to with my girlfriend getting so upset.

And no thanks to any reply for " dump that bitch".

This relationship does mean a lot to me...

You can't coddle her when she is being unreasonable. If you do, it will only feed the beast. Tell her to grow up and behave herself, or you won't call her at all.

tell her she cant always be the centre of attention sometimes good things happen to you too and you would therefore appreciate her support

Problem is me really... I have set a precedence that its ok for her to act like a spoiled kid, and its hard to take that away from her. -.-

I know I don't stand up for myself... especially in this situation... its a problem I have <_<

Shes gotten upset that I don't stand up for myself, and has insisted that I argue back with her more often, which I do now... im getting better :/

But the problem is when the arguing gets shot up ten notches unexpectedly, she gets hysterical and I'm left feeling like an asshole. :/
