Falling for my taken flatmate

Hey, new here.

Anyway, I've just moved into a new flat and have found myself growing increasingly interested in my flatmate. Now, she's sending mixed messages. Today for instance, she was all touchy feely, leaning up against me, wrestling over the remote, etc, etc.

On the other hand she has this on-again, off-again relationship with her bf.

So I'm confused in regards as to what to do, and or what this means.

I don't know all the fact but if she is having an on and off relationship with someone you certainly have your chance..I mean she is not really taken or commited is she?

I would say: biuld a solid relationship with her, spoil her with attention and let her come to you rather than initiate something...when she makes an obvious move question her gently about the other guy and make it clear that you won't share...
