I think it's normal. If you think about it compared to a blow job or penetration the penis is not thrusting into anything wet and warm...unless you spit on your hand all the time

Nope, not abnormal, I enjoy them too. I quite like the whole teasing aspect of it, especially if done right but it does take a long time but that is not a bad thing
