completly clueless

hi, i'm new to the forums and i'm trying to beat some sense out of this situation.
i've 25, rather short and i've an athlethic build because of martial arts training for some years, in there i met a girl and we get along quite well, we dated a few times, we would sometimes put hands on kinky places on one another, we used to have really boring intellectual debates lol but ended to be fun, and sometimes we played very close calls for kiss that never really happened.
i consider myself mild attractive and blessed to have some pretty ladies as friends around once in a while, altough i'm very picky about it.
this one is the one i REALLY wanted for something serious!!
we huged and we always make sure we were close to one another everytime we went out with our friends.
she never became my girlfriend because i sensed somehow she would reject. i had to call quits for the training about 2 years ago for personal reasons, after a while she quited too. ever since she completly ignored me, my phone calls, my emails, IM's, texts messages, like.... everything.
i've even confirmed the contacts were right with some common friends.
she's been with them once in a while, but she completly ignores me, and wouldn't even let me be with her for a coffee, simply she does not answers to nothing! nothing! i have been very sad and akward about it. i just don't know what could possibly happened, i've even asked our friends if i wronged her in anyway, they're clueless too, no big help.
we've been invited to a party a few days ago, she knew somehow that i would be there and didn't show up. i texted her and no response....

i'm just trying to understand what's going on from a female point of view, i would appreciate some female help from overseas, since women in here are cold as ice. and i've grown very fond of her.
a similar situation is been happening with a girl i met a few months ago, which i have no second intents tough, just a college friend.
i just can't piece it together......please help!

The only reasons I'd ever back away are:

1. If I sensed he wanted more and I didn't...I'd run for the hills and yes, avoid him like the plague.
2. I liked him, gave off loads of hints I did and he wasn't reciprocating - But I'd be unlikely to ignore him or avoid him.

It seems odd that she began to act the way she did and when you called it quits with the training. It would seem that she has no reason to ignore you and avoid you - I wouldn't even try to figure this one out.

it just feed me lots of curiosity and confusion.
ironic is the fact she moved recently near my house about 3Km away. but i never get to see her on the street, i work by day and study by night.
also i don't have in mind going to her house knocking and asking "wtf is going on?!?"
a little text like "just don't bother me" will put my soul at ease. but not even that.
i will just accept it tough, that it may be some of those weird woman with a somewhat crippled brain.
no hard feelings, just a simple justification would do, good or bad.
i will just pretend the one i met is dead even if i see her again.
what the others ladies think anyway?
