just need some clarification on board rules, already tried to search faq and couldn't find answer to my question, if moderators or people who know the rules can reply, that would be great

i got banned from here back in 07 or 08, pretty sure for my affection for the f word, i was under the name zro (as you can tell from the name) my question is, was i permanently banned? i forgot my password and never really pursued it any further

if i am permanently banned, please do not hesitate to ban me again (fair enough i guess) or just tell me so, i wont come back

in case i am rebanned or just told to f off, just want to say hi to vashi and megabitch, hope everything is good (dont know if the names are correct or even if they are still around???)

in the slim chance i am not permanently banned (i think most forums ban is permanent but my knowledge is limited), can moderator tell me what i can and cant say (assuming swearing will get me banned again), can i at least be brutally honest in my opinion?

I thought the forum rules were pretty clear on the use of language:

5)No bashing or insulting of members. - This is a difficult one to understand. I look at it in two categories - Beliefs and actions. In many countries, what you believe is up to you, but what you do isn't always. If I call you a blooming idiot for something you DID, that is different than telling you are a fool for agreeing with abortion. Everyone has their own beliefs, and you will hardly ever be able to change any of them on these boards. If someone has done something that only idiots would do, given the nature of common sense - say what you want within reason. However, calling someone a fool for their beliefs will not be tolerated, and will likely be faced with thread deletion and possible ban.

As far as perma-banning goes, I admit I don't know how that works. It seems silly if whatever he was banned for won't be a problem any more. I mean, I'd take Neo back in a heartbeat if he could behave himself.

It's one thing to harass me in the forum, it's another thing to hunt me down and harass me outside of it, yeah, it pissed me off.
