1. Stereotypically, he would say a stupid pick up line and go from there. But, more realistically he would just start picking up conversation, move in for a date or two, see if she puts out, and possibly just moves on.

2. Honestly thats more of a mental thing. Most people can't tell from a facial expression that someone has ill will toward them (unless they look pissed...)

3. He is a stalker pervert that will stroke her slowly in her sleep. Either that, or he felt like grinning.
