Divorce women who still wear wedding ring

What does it mean when a divorce woman is still wearing her wedding ring...even way after the divorce is official. Is it a sign that she hasn't gotten over her ex???

It may be just a habit that she wears it...

Or she may just like to wear jewellrey.

Or, she may feel it keeps the ugerly men at bay, who may otherwise come onto her and if she didn't wear a wedding band.

Or she can't get the ring off her fat finger.

I'm pretty sure it's a sign that she hasn't gotten over her ex. If she couldn't get the ring off her finger, she could always cut her finger off. Solves that problem.

    That's hilarious!

I kept my ring on until the minute my divorce was final. It's been in the ashtray of my car ever since, with all the dimes and rubber bands. I cannot understand the concept of leaving it on for one more minute.

What about married women who don't wear a ring? What does that say?

The whole putting the wedding ring in the purse at a bar is so cliche.

Haha. I haven't worn my ring in years. My martial art doesn't permit any jewelry at all and after nearly losing my ring 2X, I just put it away.

My theory...I've noticed divorced people often feel like something has been taken away from them when they are not married anymore...

Being married for years is like a comfort zone in a way...

Once divorced they become one again...and in the eyes of society it can be a bit daunting to be 'single' after a certain age..easy to feel excluded or like a big failure...

So doens not mean necesary they still harbour strong feelings to their ex...just a difficult time to leave their married status behind...

    I know you know. LOL.

Rings don't mean anything these days. Women learned that lesson years ago since only the women were *required* to wear the bondage symbol.
