Ram, let's look a this from another perspective. Say it was you in her shoes. There was a girl who has told you she loved you over the past year and a half, three different times. You never said it back because you didn't feel that way, but always told her that you wanted to be only friends. Then, after you thought you had been clear with her, she's gives you a book of 160 poems.. all written about and for you. How would you feel?
One last thing: why would you want to be with someone that you have to convince to be with you? If she is telling you she only sees you as a friend, you need to respect that and not insist on more. You may loose her completely if you don't respect what she has asked for - friendship.
