gf not ready for a relationship?

i've been with this girl for 9 months now. shes been unsure if she loves me as a friend or bf. now she says shes just not ready for a relationship, that was the reason she was unsure and she do love me as a bf.

i've been reading everywhere and i get advice like no contact, and be there as a friend. those two answers are opposite of each other and i dont want to make the wrong choice. what do really need to do. i'm so confused.

to answer your question, your girlfriend does not want to be in a relationship with you. She is just stringing you along until she finds someone better
