    Lion vs. Mule

Mildly graphic. PETA freaks who aren't aware that animals die violently in nature should probably avoid this link--and drown themselves in the nearest body of water. If there is no body of water nearby, fill your tub about three inches deep and shove your face in.

I don't know... That just seems SO unlikely. I am more inclined to think that this was some clever photoshoping rather than pictures of an actual event. Where are the close up pictures of the mangled cat? And I've never seen a mule that was fast enough to grab a mountain lion by its tail while it was running, much less one that was brave enough to do so.
...one can be sure of nothing until it has already happened...

Mules don't know the difference between a dead lion and a live one. You train a mule as a hunting mount by introducing it to the pelts of your prey, for bear hunters anyway. Leads me to believe that mule was just a tad on the crazy side if nothing else, simply because it was willing to stay put near a lion, dead or alive.

I could make this thread slightly more offensive by posting videos and pictures of my snake feeding.
I'm too lazy though. Here's one picture. From two nights ago.

I wish I still had my trigger fish, Cujo. Chuck some gold fish into the tank with him and he'd bite chunks out of them. He wouldn't kill them outright or even eat them. He'd just take out a piece here or there and let the fish suffer. Actually, that's pretty horrible. I don't know why I thought it was so cool when I was a kid.

I like to capture spiders under a drinking glass and feed them any annoying bugs that happen to make their way into my apartment.
Centipedes are better. They rip their prey to shreds.

Snakes devour the animal whole after strangling it to death. And then what's left comes out the other end - and there's no bones or anything.

That's a pretty small ass lion. Was it a cub?

Looks about the right size for a mountain lion.
