Ok well I used to work as an HVAC installer years ago. SO many things happened on that construction site. It was a multi year project with hundreds of apartment units.

Anyway someone else's thread got me thinking about the Mexicans on the construction site. They were filthy people who generally stayed to themselves. On numerous occasions they'd all go into one of the unfinished units for lunch. They'd almost always order Popeye's chicken. They'd eat it all, shit in the box, and then exit the unit. They'd leave the box there for someone else to dispose of and it NEVER had napkins or toilet paper in it. Yep, you guess it. They never wiped.

One time an unfortunate new guy was working with my crew. We asked him to get a pile of duct so that we could bang it together and hang it. He got to the other side of the room and said "whose baked potato is this?". It wasn't ours so we said, "no one's, just get rid of it". He grabbed it, apparently with a bit of force, and to his chagrin it wasn't a potato at all. Someone had shitted in aluminum foil and wrapped it up perfectly like a Wendy's baked potato. LOL He was cursing and trying to find out who did it. He had shit under his nails! Everyone knew that it was one of the Mexicans. Rob and I laughed hysterically after he left. The new guy washed his hands for over an hour at the superintendent's trailer.

I used to manage websites and servers for a publishing company as a full time job during high school. The work was incredibly easy so I paced myself, to milk as much as I could out of the cheap bastard owner who was paying me $5.50 an hour (minimum wage at the time) I played video games on the job, I chatted with friends, and sometimes I would stay really late, after hours, and then I would watch porn at my desk, lol. One time, I decided to install a VNC program on all the work computers and I monitored everybody while they worked (for those who don't know, that's basically a program that allows you to watch what someone else is doing and control their computer remotely). I read juicy emails between coworkers as they were typing them. I bullshitted my way through that job for three years. I wish they didn't pay me so little just because I didn't have a college degree or certification. If they paid me what I thought was reasonable, I would have done my job in less than 1/3 the time I spent at work. Then, I would have done better in high school and I would've had more free time to do whatever I wanted.

Ahh, one time they had me take a 'company vehicle' out to do some delivery work (Whenever they had maintenance work, they dropped the load onto my shoulders) The company vehicle turned out to be the owner's personal vehicle, as I later found out, after crashing it in reverse into a pole (Didn't have much driving experience at that time) It was an accident caused by my lack of driving experience, that's for sure, but how else was I supposed to avoid direct orders from my boss? Anyway, that asshole tried to get me to pay the $500 deductible on his insurance, and I would have felt obligated to, if my coworkers hadn't told me not to (that would have been a whole month's salary for me! talk about unfair and greedy) I got away with it, but it's on my insurance.
