hi. thought i would join this and need a bit of advice really. i have anxiety and depression and cant figure out why people just want to stay away from me. im a down to earth person but because i have mental health problems people run away from me. can anyone help me understand why they do this???

Hi, my dad was born in Preston and I used to live in Lancaster. What sort of mental health problems do you have? None of us is perfect.

i have severe anxiety and severe depression. i am taking tablets but obviously i have my up days and down days. i am having trouble figuring out why people have a stigma against people with these peoblems and it hurts alot when people run away cos of my problems
