Let's have a moment of silence for the one girl at my high school who I could ever see myself dating, the one that probably liked me back, the one I invested hours and hours talking to to try to get to know her well enough to ask her out...
All that effort was wasted. As of sometime late last night, this girl is now exclusively dating someone, and it's not me.
Apparently I'm going to be single for the remainder of my high school career, possibly my college career, possibly my life. I've never had a girlfriend, looks like I never will.
This also explains why she's been giving me the silent treatment for the past week and a half - it appears she was too busy with this other guy.
Sorry, this just ruined my day, I had to vent somewhere. Merry Christmas, guys.

Thats a bit ridiculous. Moments of silence or done out of respect for those who died. Not something as unimportant as this.
