me and my partner have been together for 5 months now and i love him but for the past three weeks we have been doing nothing but fighting and sometimes it feels like we are just looking for reasons to fight please help i dont no what to do

easy. just ask yourself if it's still worth it. if you're at the point where you'd rather not have anything to do with him, it's better to end it. if you still feel like the love outweighs all the unhappiness, then you shouldn't feel that it's a tough decision at all.
have you asked him about it? it would help if you talked I think.
