I didn't know what to have tonight. I didn't want leftovers, but I didn't want to make my usuals (of which there are only three or four) so I decided to try something out. I figured I really love tuna melts. And I HAVE made a tuna melt on a wrap before. So I substituted cream cheese for cheddar cheese (cause we were out of cheddar and I figured, "Well, they both have the word CHEESE in it . . . so . . . ")
Verdict? Delicious! This is going to be my new 'tuna melt'. It tastes GREAT!
I say give it a shot if you're in the mood for something different one day.

sounds like something I would eat when i got the munchies.. BUT! Coming from a Chef's perspecitive.. excellent use of the house hold items to create not only a orginal masterpiece..but.. a yummy one too!
