I find I feel contradicted in my mind a lot. I was reading a website on my country's national health service and it said that everybody should be spiritual and that it's bad to eat unhealthy foods. But in my country, few people are spiritual, and most people eat fast food regularly.
All day I have these contradictions in my mind, and I hate it.

... ok I'll be nice. Why I call myself a walking contradiction is I often completely believe 2 opposing thoughts or ideas. For example, I believe that what I see is what there is and this world is real. I also believe that what I see is just a construct of my conciousness.
I believe fatty foods are disgusting but I absolutely love hot chips.
I believe kids are generally little shits but I also believe that shitty kids are caused by shitty parents.
Walking contradiction.
