Went Shopping with the Wife Today

Nothing special, just groceries and things for the house...

And I was struck by just how much I enjoy spending time with her, doing anything. Even shopping is fun.

I enjoy spending time with my GF, but the way she shops just annoys me. It might just be because I hate shopping, though.

Not long at all... but we've known each other (and been in love with each other) for 20 years. She's my best friend and we understand each other perfectly.

Example... today, I was sitting on the back porch smoking, and realized I'd forgotten my coffee. I leaned in and said "Babe, I forgot... nevermind" as she was walking out holding my coffee in one hand and hers in the other.

Another, also today - she handed me her keys, I dropped them in the "Key Dish" and went back into the kitchen. She started laughing and said "You knew exactly what I wanted done."

We do that crap all the time, have for years. We used to work together out at the Renaissance Faire near us (where we met) and one of us would frequently hand the other something they needed as they turned around to ask for it. Cooking, setting up shelves, whatever. We KNOW each other like your tongue knows the roof of your mouth. I know her, flaws and all and I'd not change a thing. She isn't perfect, but she's perfect for me.

Yeak,exactly like me and my bf But we mostly say the same things always exact at the same time Last time for example my bf went with his friend to a football match,but they were in two different parts of stadion. And once after the match my bf tried to call him but his phone was off. He told me on skype that his friend's battery is off, and then we wrote at the same time that if he wouldn't post so much crap on fb from his iphone, his baterry would still be working lol . Exactly at the same moment We have many things in common but as for characters , we're like ying yang I talk a lot, he's listening, I'm the crazy type ,he's not so I make him do crazy things sometimes I'm the unorganized person in contrary to him and it's him who's making me do things important for me and us. Well...We're awesome

Hahaha!!! That's my wife and I too. We very often say things at the same time. A lot of weird things too... both of us have the same favorite color, favorite shoe, all sorts of things like that. Figuring out a solution to a problem (like where to store the new pots and pans) I'll suggest something and she'll say "That's what I was thinking".
