i don't want to leave.

so i'm about to leave on holiday for a few weeks.
every year i love coming on these holidays,
but this year i am in a relationship with a girl i really, really like. everything's great at the moment.
and i'm scared that when i go away, things will fade, and when i get back.it will all have changed.
it sounds weak, and maybe pathetic to some, but having this girl in my life is pretty important to me at the moment, and i am not really looking forward to having weeks on end without her..

any advice on what i should do? or what mind set i should have over the next few weeks?

Instead of thinking that things will change for the worse when you are gone, realize that perhaps the distance might make your hearts grow fonder. Have some confidence in yourself and your relationship.
Also, don't let your relationship be the only thing important in your life. Enjoy your holiday and keep yourself happy and healthy. It will only make you a better partner for a relationship.

Did you just start dating her recently? Otherwise, if the relationship is that fragile, then it wasn't going to work out anyway.
