    damn sugar cravings...

Every time I leave from seeing the guy I am dating, I get an intense sugar craving. (I've even had to eat sugar cubes to get rid of these cravings!) What's up with this? Anyone else get sweet/sugar cravings after leaving your date? (And the date went well--didn't leave upset, nervous, or anything... I usually leave elated.)

Can't say I get this. I would leave feeling horny if we were only dating and hadn't had sex yet

I don't really crave sugar in any circumstance though. Have you tried googling it? Could be common!

Well, it could be due to the excitement and then the anxiety of them not being around you ... and you therefore needing to replace his company with another stimulation, in your case, sugar.

    Who knows ...

That actually makes sense. Another "reward" to replace the one I'm leaving...

Yes, that's the way I see it.

When I've been on a really good date, I somehow feel the need for a treat, and I don't hesitate to do so. Especially if there has been a lot of kissing ... but maybe I'm just trying to replace calories?

You call eating sugar cubes a "reward?" To each their own, I guess. Geezus you better marry him quick before you're 100 lbs overweight.

First off, sugar is like an addictive drug. It is in almost everything we eat. Take the time to look at the label it is pretty scary. Why not try to eat a piece of fruit instead. This way you crave your sweet tooth. Maybe even a spoonful full of honey. These are healthy options that are just as yummy.

You might be craving sugar because you feel comforted by the food. Do you usually crave sugar every night? I swear it is like crack.
