So i liked this guy that lives in my town and does some classes at the community college with me. We becane really good friends and started flirting a lot. I know for a fact that he likes me back because he told me himself. We talk all the time during the school year but every time ive texted him during the summer he hasnt responded. Do i wait until i see him again at school or do i keep texting him? And when i see him again should i expect to pick up where we left off?

The fact is that you don't know why he hasn't responded, so don't drive yourself crazy thinking about it. You have sent messages to him, so there is no need to send any more. At this point, just assume the ball is in his court to act upon.

When you see him again in school, don't dwell on the non-responses. Just ask him how his summer was. Don't "expect" anything, just take it as it comes. Overthinking never does any good.

How many times have you texted?

There could be a range of reasons he hasn't been in touch.

However, the last thing you want is to keep texting him and come across as desperate.

Maybe just send him one more message along the lines of 'How you doing yadda yadda ... been trying to get hold of you. If I don't hear from you over the summer, see you back at school'

Or, if you've already inundated him with messages, leave it.
