Can't tell if he likes me! I feel like a teen again...all confused! Lol

Hello,
I'll try to make this short....there is this co-worker that I work w 5 nights a week...for about 6 months now I'll catch him looking at me and he will have this huge smile on his face...or he will shyly look away when I notice him...on a regular basis he will even wink at me and make it very obvious that I notice this...heres the catch though....I see him talk, joke and laugh w all other coworkers...even female ones but if we need to talk throughout the night it gets so weird! I'll try to talk to him about random things and he won't say much or just keep the conversation short or even just stop during conversation and pretty much just walk away! Lol but the weirdest thing of all is that we have a mutual friend at work and when we do talk he tries to bring the friend up in conversation somehow...maybe some sort of common ground?!...
What is up w this guy!! Plz I need some insight here! Lol
