hello,

I'm 21 year old.. and I got my 13yo girlfriend pregnant
I did not want this to happen, I knew about the risks.. but I figured condoms would solve it..
I never went for her to get hurt.. I feel horrible.. Im not going to have sex with her till she's 18..

But I/we have a few problems now.. Her parents don't want to give her a abortion(they are christian).. I would do anything to be their for her(and my child).. But If I claim i'm the father I would go to jail.. So that is not a option(Nobody would really benefit from it).

I would do anything for her... but because of the law I can't do that.. I love her.

Well, I did some research.

The punishment for having a sexual relationship with a girl under 16 is a max of 5 years or a fine.
I could still be around to take care of the child, and for her(girlfriend). I doubt i'll get the maximum of 5 years anyway. I have saved enough money to pay the fine(If I get it)(I hope).

So I think i'm going to claim to be the father.. Not that this forum has helped me a lot with this.
