London is an extremely lonely city. Hard to meet people. Take a vacation to the Mediterranean and you might feel better.

You may not be aware of it but London has the rep for being a lonely place and from my experience it's well-deserved.
Anyway, if you don't like the Mediterranean, try Thailand.

Oy -- you can't just turn it off (the love)... and I wouldn't listen to that song...its too easy to get caught up in it. BUT.. if you want to have it all - get it all out...drive yourself to the lowest point so you know what it feels like so you can appreciate that no point will be worse than that.

Personally -- I hit the gym like a mad man -- joined a mess load of sports, threw myself into my work, took some vacations to clear my head.
London and any other place will be lonely when you are heartbroken....all around you reminders, memories you were hoping to have..etc.
Hang in man -- took me 5-6 months and 2 "relationships" to get right. I actually find being alone completely is much better for healing.
