What proof do you have your teacher is saying nasty things through email?

As for the counselor not sending out your applications, this is a great life lesson. If its something you need to get done, either do it yourself, or ensure you follow-up with the person who is supposed to do it for you. As for the transcripts, your administrative office should be able to print them out on the spot, or within 24 hours. Its not unusual for someone to request a rush highschool transcript.
