Okay I've known this girl for 5 years and loved her for 3.

We're good friends and I told her I like her awhile ago and I can't stand life at the moment.

I think I need to move on to live a more emotionally healthy life.

(first ill write down what I want to say) but should I just spill the 100% truth of what I think of her over the phone since I'm not really able to see her.

She means the world to me and if I don't tell her the complete truth regardless of the consequences I think I'll go crazy.

I'm like a brother to her because shes a friend of the family, mainly my brother. So we have a good friendship I think.

What's there to 'fully explain'? You already told her last time that you liked her. So, she knows you like her. Now, what do you want to acheive now? Do you want to suggest that you two go out and see how it goes? Or you just want her to know you like her but she does, huh?
