Introducing myself

I have just joined this site, so would like to say hi to everyone established and new.

I came here in the hope of insightful advice about my own relationship issues, but more than happy to contribute my wealth of knowledge to others too.

I am trained in relationship counselling some years ago, yet have the honest view that people are complex beings and relationships are not always clear-cut
or straightfoward and why it is good to be objectional when offering any support. Many people I have met throughout my life, have mostly come from very
disrupted childhood homes and find it so difficult to manage a relationship as a result. Although this is not the case for everyone, we all have our own values
and patterns of behaviours regardless of what background we have arrived as adults.

I will browse the categories in this forum now I am on here and start reading posts. Think that this is the best place to start first?

Hey I have also joined this site so that I can get some advice over my relationship as I need it really ......i hope to understand this site first , as I am not getting where do I have to post my problem or where can I post my story so that I can get more advices thnks
