    Diablo 3

Is anyone here playing it? I am already on the second act and it's freaking awesome.

I'm not the gamer type, but I looked at some game play footage and it looks interesting.

You're so right, or is it "your" so right? You clearly didn't read my link I sent you earlier. Perhaps your time might be better spent back at school.

I have no idea what this is. This place is my only guilty pleasure. Well, regarding electronic entertainment, lol.

Do I dare google it? I'm very afraid...

Okay I have it on expert authority (my preteen son) that Diablo 'sucks' and that Skyrim is better. Sounds like something I should buy just before an extended holiday. ;-)

One of my friends bought it. I played it for an hour - witch doctor. I was somewhat disappointed with it and I don't think I'll end up getting it myself. I do enjoy how it weaves the storyline of D1 and D2 into a larger plot, but the gameplay is horrible. Seems like they stole a lot of ideas from Titan Quest. They should have continued the skill tree from D2. The whole thing disappoints me about as much as Duke Nukem Forever did. I'm kind of siding with the troll on this one. Most video games these days are a big let-down. I'm too old-school and I'm probably too demanding.

Skyrim is better, IMO, but the weapon forging aspect should have been hammered out a bit more (no pun intended). I don't want to go off on a tangent about all the aspects of metallurgy that have been given the blind eye. That's all I'm going to say.

It looks pretty good, but I'm a bit put off by "you have to always be online" to play it. Have you tried Mass Effect trilogy? I think you will like it.

I love this game. I'm a Demon Hunter, just got to level 27. I don't care if I'm an adult, I will always play games when I have the time.
