The First Move

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me out. I really like this guy. We know each other casually,we work together on the same office but he's assigned on a different department. The thing is, I really want to make the first move but I don't know how.

Can you help me what's the right move that doesn't show desperation and doesn't make me look cheap or silly?

Moreover, what are your opinions about women who make the first move? Do you take them seriously? would you take time to get to know a woman who makes the first move?

I can only reply from my own perspective of course. I love women making some or all of the running. It tells me they know what they want (me) and they're not going to waste time on stupid games. So a woman that makes the move on me I take very seriously and it's extremely flattering. How to make the first move? Talk to him casually and ask him out and give him your number. It really is that simple - he can say yes or no.
