My ex wouldn't leave me alone!!

My girlfriend of 16 months left me 2 months ago for other guy.... which she never admits, it really hurt at time ...i tried very hard to keep her but she decided to leave. So i didn�t stand in her way i got on with my life , i even help to find somewhere for her to live... for last 2 months she has not stop contacting me or seeing me... now she wants me back , she said sorry she knows now what a big mistake she made in her life ... and she still have strong feeling for me. Now i am not sure;

If i give her another chance ? or just ignore her
I only fear she may repeat that again
Also i am not sure if she is been dumped by other guy? or she thinks she was better of with me?
