Fellas what is it that y'all do that just boosts your confidence right up? I work out already. So that isn't going to anything for me. Just wanting some ideas....

first accept you cant sleep with all women , a nice body with a dirty mind is not going to help you , you have to learn how to have more charisma , and unfortunately there is no special classes for that .

take what you love to do in your free time and make yourself very good in it. or the thing that you like to do( like paiting, play piano, etc.

and while people see it and give u compliment and also when you see it yourself you can get more confident.
