Might be helpful if you're TRYING to get over being 'dumped'... at least it'll stop you checking your email or phone for messages for a few minutes ....
I'm going through the mill now, but it is reassuring to know you are not alone in your feelings and thoughts (not that you want anyone to be going through that pain).
