    Lost my sex drive? Help!

    Ok so i have noticed that im not this crazy wild sex craved woman anymore.
    Whats up with that? I have no idea but it concerns me. My b/f wants to do it all the time everyday more than once a day but i just dont.
    I do want to do things like lie in bed naked and talk. Actually its like latley i am a slow mover. i take maybe like two hours of hanging out talking kissing fooling around and then when we finally get there i back off!!! wtf. When we do have sex i always cum and i feel great but now its like im a one shot kinda gal, wtf, I just dont know.
    when is it gonna come back? I do know certain things that i think may play into effect but...... ok so im always wrking, at school or running after my 7 year old, i feel as if i never get enough sleep and i have been somking way too much, and when my b/f gets all whiny and shit it totally turns me off because i feel he should be understanding, i never stop. He is trying to be realy undertsanding and not worry about it but its hard to not worry about it.
    Alot of people work andprob do even more than i do and still do it so i dunno.
    What can i do? Is this something that i should just wait out? Im thinking maybe a good wrk out routine quit smoking and a yoga class may do the trick. I dont know help!!!!

    quitting smoking and doing yoga are always good. i say just wait it out a little bit. it's probably a hump (no pun intended) that you need to get over (again).

    i dunno what happend to it or me or what the hell is gooing on but im gonna cry. Im in a terrible emotional rollercoaster!!! ugh!!!! im so frustrated right now. somethings gotta give, but sex ? damn

    As far as increasing energy levels, blue, ..and I'm just saying in general, not necessarily sexually, I'd also look into a quick de-tox diet to complement the quitting smoking and yoga.

    ok so update today i took the day off and i have not smoked any ciggs and i slept and i had sex five times today. tomorrow i go to my first hatha yoga class im so excited. I am feeling 10 times better and im not so damn grouchy.

    blue.. these are the first signs that you are getting old. hahaha.. well i dunno. it probably is that stress is the only thing on your mind. take a vacation and things will change, but only during the vacation period. overall i think that you have to deal with the day to day similarities of your life and maybe change something about it. you've gotten into a repeatative state that you should break.

    eating nothing but organic fruits and veggies and drinking nothing but tea and water for a few days. clears your system out of toxins. no smoking, no drinking, no caffeine.

    How old are you Blue? And how often did you "do it" with your b-friend?
    I sometimes don't get that feeling for sex also. It's funny, but usually it only happens when I see a hot chick around and I want to get "involved" with her. That is the only time I want it. Porn and Playboy don't do the trick.

    blue, as sombra said, it's designed to clean out the body of all these toxins that get accumulated over time. There are different diets to take..some are pretty extreme, like eating only a few fruits and water for a couple of days...literally.

    Anyway the end result is you should feel your energy levels much higher than with all your passages clear of toxins.

    I am 24. We did it everyday at least once a day. To him 5 times a day is suffice. Me im a one shot take a rest kinda gal. I do feel that i do get into this repetative mood and its hard for me to shake myself out of it. Its like im a walking zombie. I forget about kisses hugs and all that good stuff and just end up veged out and just wanting to hang out. See if we were together for 2 years i would not be to worried we have only been together for just a lil while.
    Speaking of porn that does do the trick, except when i am in this kinda of mood. I dont masterbate even and i can watch the porn and be like yeah uh huh..whatever.
    Its good to break out of it like i did yesterday. I took the day off school work and i rested and layed in bed with my huney and had lots of explorative sex.

    I have also not smoked and feel incredibly great today, i am not drinking and i did have an awesome salad with boiled eggs, i guess that off to a good start.

    hi blue. Been doing yoga and that sort of lifestyle a while ago when I was sick. It helps for amlost evrythng, at least give you good foundation for whatever you wanna do. But of cuz there are also Yoga Asanas to help you get more in harmony on the sexual level. Yoga is a lot about taking controll over the hormones in your body in a good way.

    Just wanted to say that its always best to take it a bit slow in the beginning. Dont try to do evrything at once. Find out what you think its most interesting and start with that. Then add what your comfortable with on the way. You will learn a lot while you progress this way. People who rush into this very often quit after 3-4 months.

    Welcome to LF and thank you for the advice. Taking things slow is something that is hard for me to do because i am always on the go always. So have you stopped doing yoga? what was your favorite style of yoga?

    Wow, Blue, your still young. I am a year younger then you and I feel the same way. I'm scared because if I get married, I don't want my wife to cheat on me because I can't give to her every-****!ng-day. But it's true what Zorro says, fitness helps motivate a sexual drive. Once in a while, after the gym, I go to the mall or some place and find this woman really sexually attractive, and I want her bad. So I go and talk to her or get in her way to get notice. Sometimes they talk to me, sometimes it doesn't work.
