No contact-i need advice

My girlfriend and I had a messy breakup after 8 months. She told me she cant keep going back and forth with me and I need to heal. In order to heal we need to have complete no contact.

It has been a week and half. I've bumped into her at the gym twice. Talked to her put on a good front. But got the picture that she is very happy with no contact,she said "i think it is helping,no pressure" whatever that means. Meanwhile she has this rebound guy who she has a history with who "conforts her" i want to throw up. She made it clear in the conversation that she doesnt even want to think about giving us another chance.

Anyway,i need a no contact expert female to tell me how to master the game, and if i have any shot of her coming back to me. I miss her and love her greatly. All advice and comments are welcome.

There shouldn't be a game. No contact is no contact. Are you just on a break to see where the relationship is headed? If not, and you're broken up then you should move on with your life. Not neccessarily as she is by jumping into a rebound relationship, but you should try to forget her.
