And that says it the flush occurs in 50% of women which does not include me so not that useful unless you get lucky. Sometimes my husband outright asks me because if I don't orgasm and want to (sometimes I'm just happy having sex) he'll get out toys to make sure I do. There really is no proof. I allow myself to move a certain way just like he will make certain thrusts when he cums and then there's muscle contractions but if I wanted to I could both stop that or fake that. There's likely to be more "goo" created if an orgasm happens but that could also just be from good arousal, long sex, whatever...

In short you have no idea if it's faked or not.
