I don't think it is love you feel, but rather infatuation or lust, or some similar selfish emotion. If you really loved her you would want her to get her life in order and either stop cheating on her husband or get a divorce so she can get into a positive, self-affirming relationship if she desires. That may or may not include you. As it stands, she can provide nothing but drama and heartache to anyone involved with her. Good luck.
