so im not quite sure what to think of this girl, shes the friend of a friend, we met a few months ago and clicked pretty quickly. she wasnt looking for a relationship at the time, and i ended up loosing my phone and lost her number. we run into each other at the hookah lounge we both go to and when we talk its flirty and i find her looking at me alot, id like to ask her out but when we txt i kinda get the feeling im bothering her (i ended up getting her number again the last time i saw her). im not quite sure how to read the situation, any advice?

Why not? If you feel like it, ask her out. If you want to know her better, ask her out. If seems like she is interested. I only give my phone number if I want the guy to ask me out.

Perhaps she's bored with just texting. You already know one another so instead of lame text, why not get to know her in real life? Ask her to go out with you to something and if she says yes, well then Yea. If she says no, well then you can set your sights on someone who will want to go out with you.
