Ex keeps turning up

Guys here's the story in short, my ex and I had a bad break up a few months back she was pretty nasty to me in some of the things she did and the way she ended it however she continues to show up in places she knows she'll see my friends etc and on more than one occassion she's went in to my dad's place of work (retail) I mean there are other shops surely? Certainly would be the last place I went if the roles were reversed then totally ignores him (which gets his back up) keeps her head down then as she's leaving she glances back to see if he has seen her. Can't help but think she's somehow trying to bother me or get inside my head again? What does this usually mean? Anyone had similar problem? Is she hoping I'll rise to it and lash out?
