Since we have been on the topic of seafood...I would like to hear about what sushi people like. I like lots....Dragon rolls, bbq eel, wild salmon, spicy tuna roll, dynamite roll just to name a few....

I love dragon rolls, unagi (eel) and california rolls. Lots of others, but those are my three faves.

... and Canadians... Sake Nigiri (salmon) and Ebi Nigiri (shrip) are two that come to mind. I'm a "fake" sushi lover as well and always go for the tampura sushi choices on hand particularily the shrip. (p.s. eel is good too).

I frickin' love wasabi. When we go out for sushi (such as it is in this landlocked town) my wife and I have to have different bowls for our soy sauce/wasabi dip. She can't take the heat, LOL.

This place we used to go to would put pockets of it in the tekka maki...so it was a surprise in each roll lol.

Unfortunately, I tend to overdo it on the soy sauce..but I get sushi so rarely since the Cuban restaurant I've never been to replaced our nearest.
