I live in Parma in the food valley and here there is some japanese studying music (Giuseppe Verdi was born here)and others doing wine courses; I like chinese and japanese food, I think it has a very old tradition with a very different culture than mine... japanese and chinese chefs work in many famous italian restourants doing a very good work...
